Does CCAD have an alumni association?
CCAD does not have a formal alumni association. Alumni are served through the office of alumni relations in tandem with the alumni advisory committee.
The mission of the AR program is to develop, execute and maintain a quality, comprehensive alumni relations program in support of the Columbus College of Art & Design and in support of the professional and personal lives of CCAD alumni.
Who is considered to be a CCAD alum?
Every CCAD graduate or former student with 28.5 credit hours or more is considered to be an alum. We encourage every alum to join the new online community to effectively network and keep abreast of CCAD news and events.
What is the online community?
The online community is a secure site exclusively for CCAD graduates or former students with 28.5 credit hours or more. As a registered user, an alum may access the directory, find and contact classmates, post personal and professional news and images, find out about and register for upcoming alumni events and receive broadcast e-mails and the Blast e-newsletter.
How much does it cost?
It's free!
How do I get my professional news featured in Image Magazine or the Blast e-newsletter?
All professional news is now gleaned from the alumni notes section of the online community. Featured alumni are selected by the office of alumni relations and alumni advisory committee.
How can I network with my peers and classmates?
There are several ways alumni can connect with one another. Each year alumni are encouraged to attend the gatherings scheduled around the nation and to come home for the annual homecoming in May. The online community offers a way to connect remotely.
