Every year the FSAA honors alumni who graduated 50 years ago. This year we recognized the Class of 1959 on June 5th. The Golden Grad Reunion started off at 8:30am with a continental breakfast at the University Business Center, and then consisted of two "classes without quizzes" sessions. The Alumni Association partnered with the Osher Lifelong Learning Insitute to have speakers Matt Darling and Allen Carden present before the luncheon. Matt Darling presented on "The Origins of Rock n' Roll", and Allen Carden presented "The Roaring Twenties". A special luncheon followed the Osher program. Dr. Welty and FSAA Board President, Judy Sharp, honored our graduates by giving them a special Golden Graduate Society medallion. Congrats to all our Golden Grads from the class of 1959!
