Volunteer Opportunities Homecoming Help plan and coordinate this annual event, which occurs in the fall. Work with students and other alumni to enhance this tradition. Golden Grad Society Held in June, help plan and implement past and new traditions for those alumni returning to campus. Top Dog Get involved in planning our black tie event. Leadership and Advisory Committees The Association is governed by a Board of Directors and several volunteer committees that advise on financial, membership, and programmatic issues. Applicants for key leadership positions are sought each spring.  The FSAA Board of Directors has five wonderful committees to volunteer your time and expertise. Finance - Oversees and helps direct the financial stability of the FSAA scholarship endowments and the operating budget Special Events - Oversees and helps direct the FSAA signature events such as the Top Dog Alumni Awards Gala, tailgates, Golden Grad, etc. Membership & Marketing - Oversees and helps direct the FSAA membership program, marketing plans, benefits, and branding Alliance & Leadership Development - Oversees and helps direct all alliances between the FSAA and the community.  This committee also helps direct local and regional chapters, student and young alumni, as well as overseeing small alliance-building events. Lastly, this committee is in charge of directing the recruitment of volunteers.  Alumni House - Oversees and helps direct policies/procedures and decor for the Smittcamp Alumni House Regional Alpha 'Dogs Volunteer to help plan a regional event for alumni in your area. Examples of events include pre-game parties for various Fresno State athletic teams, game watches, tailgates, community service events, etc. Graduation Volunteer for Fresno State's Commencement Ceremony by selling alumni merchandise and flowers to family and friends of graduates. Student Internships Student Internships are a great opportunity to get professional experience and network. We are always accepting interns!
