Recent Class Notes
Ryan Coe (2007)
Ryan Coe (2007) and Brooke Webber are happy to announce their engagement. The wedding ceremony will take place on May 1, 2010 at Wine and Roses. The couple met while attending California State University, Stanislaus. Coe proposed on May 2, 2009, while visiting the campus. They announced their engagement to Coe's parents that same day after arriving at their house. They later called Webber's parents and then other family and friends.  Click here for photo

Kimberlee Van Eyk (1985) has been named director of business development of The Legacy at Preston Hollow.

Joseph Soldani (1971)
Joseph Soldani (1971) was appointed by Governor Arnold to a judgeship in the Madera County Superior Court.

Susan Bithell (1998) was appointed to the position of Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer for Farmers Insurance.

Brooke DeCuir (2004)
Brooke DeCuir (2004) was promoted to become audit manager at Brown Armstrong Accountancy Corporation. She has worked for the company for more than five years and is dedicated to its audit division. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Fresno State, and has memberships in the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Donnell Alexander (1700)
Donnell Alexander, former Daily Collegian editor, was tabbed for an Honorable Mention in the short film category at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival for his co-production work in the animated documentary "Dock Ellis & the LSD No-No." The film's audio narration originated as a 2008 piece for National Public Radio.

Dr. Sonja Brown-Givens (1998) made history at The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAHuntsville) as the first female African-American professor to serve as department chairperson at the university.

Sarah (Woodward) Schmidt (2002)
Sarah (Woodward) Schmidt (2002) are happy to announce their marriage on December 5, 2009 in St. Therese's Catholic Church in Fresno. Jeff is a special education teacher at Hoover High School, and coaches basketball at Fresno City College, while Sarah is a proud staff member of the FSAA.  Click here for photo
