Dainis Lauris (1988)
Dainis Lauris, 49, of Clovis died Monday. He was a pharmaceutical representative.

Bob Wilderson ()
Robert Leon Wilderson was born on February 24, 1943, to Harry and Arlene Wilderson in York, PA. Soon after graduation, Bob left for boot camp in Great Lakes, IL and was later stationed in Lemoore, CA as part of VA 146. Aboard ship, he was on the USS Constellation and worked as an Aviation Jet Mechanic. On June 12, 1965, Bob married Elaine Borden just one day after being honorably discharged from the United States Navy. Bob soon found employment with Utility Trailer Sales. Bob started in the Parts Department and worked his way up through the company. After 46 years, he retired as part owner. His last positions included Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chairman of the Board. Bob enjoyed fishing and golfing. He was a member of Fort Washington Country Club. Over the years, Bob participated in various service organizations including, Boy Scouts, Rotary Club of Fresno, and SIRS 159. Bob loved to work in the backyard and with his topiaries. Bob is surived by Elaine, his beloved wife of 48 years; his son, Jeff Wilderson and his wife Robyn; and his daughter Karen Gomez. He was Grandpa to Lindsay and Seth Wilderson, and Alyssa and Garrett Gomez. He was brother to Pat Anderson, and Don and John Wilderson. A Memorial Service will be held at Riverpark Bible Church on Saturday, April 5, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. Remembrances may be made to Central California Blood Center, 4343 W. Cynthia Macedo (1987)
Cynthia Theresa Macedo, 50, of Reedley died Friday. She was a dental hygienist.

Edward Rose (1971)
Mr. Rose, a resident of Sanger for 89 years, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014. He was an
agricultural steward, a farmer, father, grandfather and a wonderful husband.

Inez (Carvalho) Green (1949)
Inez Gloria Green passed into eternity on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno. She was 86 years old.

Miles Villanueva (2008)
Miles Gaston Villanueva (2008) appears in not just one, but two television primetime shows next week: BONES on Monday, April 14th, and NCIS on Tuesday, April 15th!. Congratulations to a Bulldog breaking legs – and hearts – from coast-to-coast!

He organizes group outings for non-profits, corporations and personal groups with the team, and assists in coordinating fundraising efforts through ticket sales. Tonantzin (Soto) Rodriguez, MPH (2007) received a Medical Doctorate (MD) from the UC Davis School of Medicine on May 29, 2014. She matched into the Sutter Family Medicine Residency Program in Sacramento, California for further training in primary care.  Click here for photo

Marie Caffese (1998)
The Teachers College of San Joaquin is not your average graduate school. It was founded by teachers for teachers, and grew out of a program designed for teacher development through internships. In May, it graduated its second class of 70 students. Marie Burkin-Caffese of Stockton was among the graduates. She worked as a special education teacher at North Valley School in Lodi with emotionally disturbed children and has more than decade of work with that population under her belt.  Click here for photo

Joann Mercado (2008)
Joann Mercado (MCJ 2008) and Sara Bourbeau (alumna) were honored with the Campaign of the Year Award for their work on the 2012 I Bike Fresno Campaign from the Public Relations Society of America. They both serve on the board of the Bike Happy Foundation and currently work at Windsong Productions.
