Gregory Stach (1992)
Gregory Stach (1992)has earned two outstanding ratings for his inagural Pinot Noir bottlings. The outstanding ratings came from Wine Spectator magazine-- the world's leading authority on the wine industry and competive ratings.

William Canevari (1971)
William Canevari (1971) is retiring from the University of California Cooperative Extension in San Joaquin County. In May 2009, Canevari was awarded emeritus status by the vice president of UC Agriculture and Natural Resources. Following his retirement, Canevari will continue to oversee several projects for UC Cooperative Extension.

Robert Dahlgren (1952)
Robert Dahlgren (1952) passed away on June 18, 2009. Robert worked as a dentist up until his retirement in April. He attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco in 1955. During dental school he belonged to Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society, Tau Kappa Omega Dental Honor Society, and Xi Psi Phi Dental Fraternity, Alpha Phi Chapter. He was a member of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry Alumni, and the Fresno Madera Dental Society.

Max Flaming (1963)
Max Flaming (1963) opened a Delano distribution location for Maxco Supply. Although Max plans to keep the original Parlier location operational, the new 300-foot-long location is perfect for future growth.

David Trowbridge passed away on May 16, 2009. Trowbridge created the 1970 "Sculpture for the Campus."

Caryn Machado (1990) is running for Scotts Valley city council. If she wins, Machado is hoping to ensure that Scotts Valley continues on an eco-friendly path as it expands.

Colby Linder (1999)
Colby Linder (1999) and Nicole (DiBuduo) Linder (1998) are proud to announce the birth of a baby boy, Lucas Natale Linder. He was born on March 18, 2009 and weighed 7 lb., 3 oz. and 21 1/4 inches. Lucas joins sister Sophia, 4. Colby is a Biology instructor at Fresno City College and Nicole is the Director of annual giving at Fresno Pacific University.

Garrett Morgan (2008)
Garrett Morgan (2008) and Erin DeBenedetto are happy to announce their engagement. The wedding ceremony will take place on June 11, 2009 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Fresno. She graduated from Fresno State with a degree in Nursing, and is currently working as an RN at Kaweah Delta Medical Center. Garrett graduated from Fresno State with a degree in Molecular Biology, and is currently attending law school pursuing a career in Patent Law.

Sherri Mell (1980)
Sherri Mell (1980) writes, "Sherri, Phys. Ed. Major has been teaching Adapted PE in San Antonio, TX for 25 years and has competed in 29 Women's National Finals Rodeos. She has earned over 130 World and National Titles in the horse industry. Sherri is in both the National Cowgirl Hall of Fame (Ft. Worth, TX) and the National Appaloosa Hall of Fame (Moscow, ID). She is a former Captain of the CSUF Rodeo Team. She has earned "Teacher of the Year" by several organizations including Southern District APE Teacher of the Year for AAHPERD. She has been a Special Olympics Coach for 16 years earning the "Tom Landry Coach of the Year" award and Level III status."
