On October 20th, 2009, alumni and parents in the Huntsville area and North Alabama region gathered for an exclusive wine dinner, featuring fine American cuisine paired with a lively presentation entitled "Transforming  Taste:  Some Thoughts on Literature, Food, and Culture" by Dr. Michael McInturff, BSC Professor of English and Department Chair.  The menu featured four courses and carefully selected wine-pairings.  Guests enjoyed the evening tremendously.  We look forward to seeing everyone at the next event!
