Tuscaloosa Alumni Chapter
On August 20, 2009, the Tuscaloosa Alumni Chapter held their second event of the year at Kozy's. Ellen Potts '88 welcomed everyone and thanked them for bringing contributions to Caring Days, Tuscaloosa's dementia day care center. Lisa Harrison, Director of Alumni Affairs, gave an update on all of the excitement at BSC, including campaign news, new construction, and stats on the incoming freshman class. Guests enjoyed the food, company, and atmosphere that we found in the charming restaurant.

On April 2, 2009, alumni met at Epiphany Cafe for hors d'oeuvres and a wine tasting. Ellen Woodward Potts ’88 welcomed everyone and discussed a potential
chapter service project. Pat Anderson-Flowers, Director of Major Gifts
at BSC, gave a college update and discussed BSC’s comprehensive
campaign. The staff at Epiphany Cafe then highlighted each of the
wines tasted during the evening. We hope everyone had a great time and
will join us for our next event scheduled for late August.
On April 10, 2008, more than 25 BSC alumni in the Tuscaloosa area gathered in the Crow's Nest of Cypress Inn for heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks. Guests enjoyed hearing an update on the college and catching up with their BSC friends. Thank you to everyone who came! This was truly a successful event, and we are greatly looking forward to the next one!
On August 23rd, 2007, the Tuscaloosa Chapter met at Milagros Restaurant for mouth-watering appetizers, exquisite Spanish wines, and tons of conversation. The crowd was the largest one we have ever had, totaling 35 people! Thank you to everyone who came! What a great group!
 
 
 
 
 
The Tuscaloosa Chapter met Tuesday, October 10th at Little Willie's for a preview of the new football program. We had a great crowd, and Head Coach Joey Jones, Coach Garfinkle, and Athletic Director Joe Dean did a great job of getting everyone excited about football!
