Eguie Castrillo, a Grammy Award-winning percussionist and his Palladium Orchestra entertained this year's Alumni Achievement Award recipients, their guests and familiies, the Bryant Community and the General Public with their big band Mambo sound.

On February 15, Ellis Hall dazzled the audience in Janikies Theatre for the Presidents Cultural Series also in conjunction with Black History Month.

Bryant University's Trustee Speaker Series welcomed acclaimed filmmaker Ken Burns on Monday, February 12 to discuss his latest documentary The War, a 14 hour epic series that is due to be aired in seven parts on PBS beginning in September. More than 1,300 students, faculty, staff and members of the community filled the MAC to hear the lecture.

On January 13, 2007 Bryant inducted it's newest members to the Athletic Hall of Fame. The induction and dinner took place here on Bryant's campus.
