A summer picnic with AUB president Dr. Peter Dorman

You are cordially invited to join AUB President Dr. Peter Dorman and the Northern California Chapter for a summer picnic. This is a chance to meet fellow alumni, get back in touch, share stories and memories from the old campus days, meet the new chapter leadership, and learn more from Dr. Dorman and your local chapter about current projects and future plans.

Event is free of charge. Food and soft drinks will be provided. Just bring a dessert to share.
Menu include chicken kabab, kafta, falafel, salads, and appetizers

When: August 23rd, 2009 starting at 12:30pm
Food will be served at 2:00pm

Where: Huddart Park in Woodside, CA. We will be at the Miwok Shelter

RSVP by Friday August 14th, 2009 and receive a reusable durable 20 oz aluminum water bottles that comes with a leakproof screw-top lid and metal carabiner. Great for Hanging to Backpack when Camping, Hiking and Biking

Directions:
When coming to Huddart from the north (San Francisco) or the south (San Jose), use Highway 280. Take the Woodside Road (Highway 84) exit. Turn westbound (towards Woodside). Proceed approximately 1.5 miles through the Town of Woodside. Turn right on Kings Mountain Road. Proceed up the hill to the main park entrance.

Parking entrance fees: $5 per vehicle
