Recover your User ID or Password

If you have forgotten your password or user ID, please type in your email address that is currently associated with this site. An email containing your user ID and password will be sent to that email address. If you signed up for our permanent email when you registered as a community member, you will need to put that email address in to retrieve your information. (The address will end in @alum.artinstitutes.edu, such as myemail@alum.artinstitutes.edu).

If you cannot remember the email address we have on file, or if you believe your email address is no longer valid, send a detailed email to EDMCAlumniSupportTeam@edmc.edu to request your User ID or password.
